Description
Up for sale is my personal buggy. This rig was built in 23’ and is tried and true. We are looking at expanding the business and some extra capital is needed. This buggy is ready to go. Nothing needs to be done. Whether your into going fast, technical rocks or just a weekend out camping this is the most ideal well rounded buggy. The motor runs smooth and cool. Easy to get to everything on the rig. Rig was torn down after our trip to hammers this year checked out and put back together. Fire it up and go have fun. The buggy has the strong components and has given me Zero issues since completed. We have a few extra parts we can through in and an extra tire and can cut new side panels, if the price is right. We Have plenty of people that can testify to the capability of this rig!

Motor:
5.3 Ls with 7 qt baffled oil pan, 3 qt Accusump accumulator, stock manifolds with 2.5” exhaust that is wrapped for heat and a magnaflow muffler. The radiator is a Griffin 3” core dual pass with 1.25 internal tubes and a custom shroud that runs 2 Spal 12” electric fans. Cooling hoses are all -20AN with AN swivel fittings
Trans:
TH 350 just rebuilt with new stock converter. Has forward shift full manual valve body new pump and upgraded direct drum and extra clutch in third gear. Winters shifter. Has Derale cooler in front of the radiator with steel braided line and AN hose ends. Fresh fluid.
T Case:
2 speed Atlas with 4.3 ratio mechanical shifter, oil site tube, 1350 front yoke and 1410 rear yoke( fresh fluid) Installed is our DF Fab Atlas tailshaft support
Fuel:
22 gallon Jaz fuel cell with hydramat installed, has a pre pump filter into a walbo 392 external fuel pump. All lines are steel braid with AN fitting
Interior:
Corbeau seats wide Baja SS, Prp 5 pnt harnesses, chassis storage bags custom fit to tube work. Ipad dash for gauges and 8 button panel for all accessory components. Interior lights, bazooka sound bar. The entire interior space is separated from the motor and trans with aluminum panel work that is wrapped with heat block. In cab winch controller, Longacre steering wheel with quick disconnect.
Steering
All PSC steering components with 2.5 rams front and rear with aluminum steering links. Has CBR pump with PSC steering reservoir and added pressure cap for closed loop system. The rear steer valve is a radial dynamics unit with -8AN feed from the pump through the entire system. Runs a Derale dual fan steering cooler in addition to a PSC heat sink cooler. Orbital is 3.5 turns lock to lock
.Brakes:
Installed is a hydroboost unit that has been ported for additional flow. A wilwood single master cylinder is plumbing with all steel braided line to each caliper. At each wheel we run our DF Fab Lightweight brake kit which utilizes Wilwood 4 piston calipers
Front Axle:
Ford 05 SD60 high pinion that was custom built to run F550 inner C and outer knuckles . Has Our DF Fab machined knuckles with keyd’ Aluminum high steer arms. Inside is a strange spool and nitro 10” ring gear in a 5:13 Ratio. Has HD Diffcover and high mounted steering ram with integrated skid. Internals are 40 spline axle shafts with 1550 billet U joints And the massive direct drive stub shafts. Drive shaft is thick wall with spicer u joints. Mid shaft is a DF Fab unit with freshly install bearing
Rear Axle

Suspension”
16” Fox 2.0 remote reservoir coilovers (tuned by Phil Liccardi)
Front is an axle mounted shock and the rear is set up on trailing arms (23” rear wheel travel).
All 8 links are solid 7075 aluminum with 7/8 upper heims and 1.25 lower heims
